Refund Policy

You can make a request for a refund if you did not receive the product within the guaranteed delivery time of 45 days (excluding production and processing times). Take note that once the production process has started, the order can no longer be canceled.

For non-customized items, if you did not like the product that you received, you may request for a refund. However, you must return the same item within 30 days after receiving the package and at your expense, and the item must not have been used, must be undamaged and/or must be unaltered in any way or form, and the item should still be in its original packaging, including manuals, warranty cards, forms, and the like. We will issue you a refund and/or replacement of the product as soon as it has been confirmed that we received the item being returned to us.

If your items are misprinted, materially flawed, or defective in any way, which, the error/s is/are committed by us, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days from receipt of merchandise and we will be happy to arrange for a return, reprint, or credit. Please provide your order number with all correspondence.

For customized items, due to the nature of the products, we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges of any items unless the merchandise is misprinted by us, is materially flawed, or defective. We cannot be responsible for the purchase of your choice/s of incorrect sizes and color, wrong or misspelled names, numbers, letters, etc., to be engraved. Refunds are issued in the same form as the initial payment. Sometimes, it can take up to 4 weeks to see the credit in your account, depending on the form of payment. It is very important that you contact us first before sending back any item to us.

Returns for exchange or store credit:
Must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

Shipping charges for products returned: 
All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.
